Toronto’s Largest Community Chooses Locomobi to Manage Parking and Transportation

Toronto, Ont. – LocoMobi World announces that its Smart Transportation and Parking Management System, WorldStream, will be the commercial parking, tenant, and visitor management system for Phase 1  and Phase 2 of Brightwater, a master-planned community that is being developed in the Port Credit area of Mississauga, Ontario. It is being called the biggest planned community because it will span over 72 acres of land and will include a mix of residential, commercial, and retail spaces. The development plans include a 300,000-square-foot waterfront park, as well as a central public square and several smaller parks throughout the community. Brightwater has been meticulously designed to create a thriving close-knit community, featuring over 2,500 affordable and market condos, 400 townhouses, and 300,000 sq. ft. of curated shops, restaurants, and offices, all seamlessly connected to the region’s major transport arteries.

LocoMobi World’s WorldStream Cloud Portal, powered by LPR Express, provides automated entry to the parking garage for residential tenants and their registered guests by reading license plates. Tenants are able to log in remotely to invite guests to secure or reserve their parking, providing a seamless experience. With the highest read rate in the industry at 99.9% accuracy, the LPR system eliminates trespassers through access key sharing – no fobs, keys, or cards to be passed around or cloned. Property Managers can monitor activities, equipment, and solutions for their property in one central location in real time with access to analytical reports. In addition, this location will offer Passage Pass which allows for mobile payment for ease of access into the commercial parking area and shall be controlled by License plate tracking and our BriskPark Smart Gates. The Briskpark revenue control system shall include Pay-on-Foot Kiosks for transient partners who are not invited by the guests or have used the Passage Pass application. The parking will be managed by Locomobi as well utilizing its Dispatch and Enforcement system including a fully integrated citation system.
