Toronto, Ont. - LocoMobi World announces that its Smart Transportation and Parking Management System, WorldStream, will be the commercial parking, tenant, and visitor management system for the new Whitby Health Centre. This centre is set to be the most extensive private multidisciplinary medical group practice in Canada and will house WorldStream, the country's most advanced urban transportation management system.
This innovative facility will offer residents access to a comprehensive array of non-acute healthcare services, encompassing cardiology, physiotherapy, fertility treatments, men’s health services, audiology, and psychological support. The clinic will also include a walk-in urgent care center. This new project is part of the Oshawa Clinic Group, Canada’s largest and leading medical clinic, serving the Oshawa and surrounding communities since 1927.
The multifaceted Clinic location will have multiple lanes of parking and transportation enterprise hardware and software connected to WorldStream, the most advanced and secure parking and transportation system in the world. Hospitals and clinics are adopting major patient initiatives to enhance the journey from home to the drop-off or parking destination. This may include reservations, pass management, and express payment options. Analytics will play a major role, as this data, along with other clinic and patient data, will one day predict and help better service the infrastructure.
LocoMobi World’s WorldStream Cloud Portal, powered by LPR Express, provides automated entry to the parking garage for residential tenants and their registered guests by reading license plates. Tenants can log in remotely to invite guests to secure or reserve their parking, ensuring a seamless experience. With the industry's highest read rate at 99.9% accuracy, the LPR system prevents unauthorized access through shared keys – eliminating the need for fobs, keys, or cards. Property Managers can monitor activities, equipment, and solutions for their property in one central location in real-time, with access to analytical reports. Additionally, the location will offer Passage Pass for mobile payment, easing access into the commercial parking area, controlled by license plate tracking and our BriskPark Smart Gates. The Briskpark revenue control system will include a Pay On Foot Kiosk for transient partners who are not invited by guests or have not used the Passage Pass application. Locomobi will also manage the parking, utilizing its Dispatch and Enforcement system, including a fully integrated citation system.
This contract was awarded through Dealer Ultimate Parking, a long-standing, highly respected company in the Southern Ontario Region.
