LocoMobi World adds Parking Commercial Revenue and Enforcement to Complete the Total Smart Community at Central Parc

Smart City parking technology leader, LocoMobi World, announced that its parking management system, CondoPark, was installed at Saroukian Group’s six-tower development that will contain 1,200 high-end residential rental units, and retail space. It will be built on their 10-acre parcel of land with 1.2 million square feet of livable space.

CondoPark is controlled by LocoMobi World’s WorldStream Cloud Portal powered by LPR Express, which provides automated entry to the parking garage for tenants and registered guests by reading license plates. Tenants are able to login remotely to invite guests to secure or reserve their parking, providing a seamless experience. With the highest read rate in the industry at 99.9% accuracy, the LPR system eliminates trespassers through access key sharing – no fobs, keys, or cards to be passed around or cloned. Many people will be attracted by the vibrant shops and other services. LocoMobi World mobile payment app Passage Pass will be offered to all visitors to the community. Shop owners will have the ability to virtually invite and validate customer parking and utilize LocoMobi World’s “MoveBe” merchant dashboard to help maximize sales to their business. Property managers can monitor activities, equipment, and solutions for their property in one central location in real-time with access to analytical reports. In addition WorldStream will control peripheral parking to ensure all traffic is flowing efficiently and securely. Added to the system is LocoMobi World’s automated  parking enforcement and citation system.
